Overall it was immaculately clean for bathroom.

The hotel provided reasonable prices. The breakfast was varied, well presented and with variety of options. My standard queen room was immaculate for bathroom. The staff were courteous and I liked the stay.

Their staff were very rude.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with its cleanliness and convenient location. The staff provided a warm welcome, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Some areas could be more attentive to cleanliness, and parking was a bit of a hassle. A decent choice for a visit.

Key card reader worked intermittently. Could not get receipt from desk clerk.

Our room was pretty clean. It only had a shower, no tub. Air conditioner and refrigerator worked good.

Felt like the room was too small for 4 people. No closet.

The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and so helpful with directions, advice on restaurants, etc.

The only comment I can make here is that we didn't care for the bathroom sink being in the room, rather than in the bathroom. When taking a shower, we prefer privacy, but when you close the pocket door, there is no air circulation in the bathroom and no where to put your clothing. Also, very limited places to hang towels.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Coffee all day. The beds were super comfy, making our nights enjoyable. Definitely would come back!

The room was very clean apart from the carpet which had been vacuumed thoroughly but is in need of cleaning as it was sticky and my socks were filthy after walking over it. This complaint is not restricted to this hotel - it is a common problem with budget hotels. The room smelled of stale smoke though I realise this is not the fault of the hotel. The shower leaked .

I enjoyed the friendly housekeeping staff.

I didn't like the fact that I thought a deposit was already paid and when I arrived I was told a deposit was never applied to the room balance and I had to pay more money than expected. I did not like the fact that we had to share a pool with the adjacent hotel.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were super friendly, offering great recommendations for dining. This exceeded my expectations from my last visit to charleston, as sleep inn provided a relaxing environment with an enjoyable breakfast spread.
